About Us

MSR 345 Enterprise was founded in 2018. Since 2025, we have been licensed by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) to handle used cooking oil (UCO).

From Tumpat, Kelantan, we buy, collect and manage UCO from restaurants, eateries, food traders and the public.

We work in an organised, transparent and responsible way, for more sustainable UCO management.

  3. Choose How to Sell

    Choose between MSR staff collecting at your location or bringing the oil yourself to the MSR warehouse in Tumpat.

  4. Weigh & Payment

    Your UCO is weighed and recorded, then paid for based on the quantity received.

From Collection to Storage

Handled Systematically.

Every batch of used cooking oil MSR receives, whether collected at the premises or sold directly at the warehouse, goes through receiving, weighing, recording and storage before it moves on to the next stage.

    UCO is received through collection by MSR staff at the customer's premises, or delivered by the customer to the warehouse.

    The UCO is weighed to confirm the actual quantity received.

    Recording

    Receiving and collection details are recorded systematically, keeping records orderly and traceable.

    Storage

    Received UCO is consolidated and stored at the MSR warehouse using suitable storage facilities.

    Delivery
